Ben de la Cour’s music occupies the intersection between gothic Americana and dark, gritty folk. 2023 album, Sweet Anhedonia, a gripping collection of Americanoir soundscapes haunted by crooked folk ballads, was produced by legendary alt-folk icon, Jim White. The album reached the Grammy polls for Best Folk Album of 2023 and received worldwide acclaim and press support and extensive radio play.

Ben is heading to us from Nashville on Independence Day as part of his UK tour. Local guys Lawrence County will be opening the evening with songs from their new album.
